Profile

Kruger Architecture is a design office specializing in contemporary residential and commercial projects in the Pacific Northwest. Many of our projects are located in the Seattle/Bellevue area, Alaska, and throughout Washington. Our experience extends from custom homes, remodels & additions, to tenant improvements, multifamily housing, and educational settings.

We strive to design well-crafted and beautiful environments that respond to each client’s unique needs and the character of the specific site or space. We develop creative design solutions through a holistic approach that balances beauty, function, sustainability, and economics.

Our office provides a full range of design services that include architectural and interior design, material selection, permitting, construction drawings, and construction contract administration. Our approach is a collaborative process, where clients’, craftspeople, and consultants’ contributions and passions are reflected in the final results.

Bio

Christoph Kruger is the owner and principal of Kruger Architecture. He has over 25 years of experience working on residential, commercial, and educational projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Christoph became interested in design at a young age while he built with Legos, drew houses, and observed construction of the family weekend cabin. His early discovery of the intriguing intersection of visual arts and technical problem solving sparked a lifelong passion for design in architecture.

Christoph was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, to parents originally from Europe that then settled in Anchorage, Alaska. Over two decades ago Christoph placed roots in Seattle, a region that for him blended the beautiful landscape of Alaska with the vitality of a growing international city. He continues to enjoy the Puget Sound area and outdoor adventures by hiking, biking, and skiing with his wife and daughter.
